It is caused and accompanied by many well known diseases.Unfotunately, the only available treatment is sugery, which is challenging, as it requires expesive machinery and well equipped theatre.Larger incisions make the post operative time difficult,as children might rub their eyes, causing wound leak and secondary infection, especially in poor, economically disadvantaged areas. The present procedure takes into account all these challenges. This procedure, which has been pioneered in Sudan is easy, cost effective (about 5 dollars) and doesn't require a well equipped theatre, as only disposable syringes are used .
